Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the HEATDROP platform ("Service"). By entering a drop, running a release, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract (and to purchase the relevant product, where age-restricted). You're responsible for activity under your details.

2. Fair use

• One entry per verified human per drop, unless a brand explicitly allows more.
• No bots, scripts, VPN/datacenter evasion, multi-account farming, or payment-fingerprint manipulation.
• No attempts to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or bias the draw.

Entries that fail our integrity gates may be filtered or removed without notice.

3. Drops, draws & payment

An entry is an authorized hold, not a payment. Winners are selected by a server-side, provably-fair draw at close. Only winning entries are charged. Brands set product, price, variants, and any loyalty weighting, and remain the seller of record for their products.

4. Brand responsibilities

Brands using the Service are responsible for their product listings, fulfillment, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws. HEATDROP provides the launch infrastructure, not the goods.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service online during peak demand and target high availability, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for issues outside our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEATDROP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
